Led and managed a multidisciplinary team during the G20 Summit India 2023 in New Delhi over a span of two months, overseeing the end-to-end creation and design of high-quality 2D and 3D static visuals, anamorphic 3D content, digital assets, and video content for 32 countries. Directed project planning, task allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution under tight timelines. Maintained consistency in visual communication while adapting to diverse cultural contexts and country-specific requirements. Supported content delivered in the presence of the Narendra Modi - Prime Minister of India and heads of state and delegates from all G20 nations, ensuring all outputs met the summit’s global standards and were delivered with precision, impact, and timeliness.
Prerana Program - Ministry of Education (India, Gujarat, Vadnagar)

Led the setup and deployment of advanced laboratory and VFX studio infrastructure for the Prerana Program under the Ministry of Education, held in Vadnagar, Gujarat (near Ahmedabad). This 2 month residential initiative brought together IIT faculty and top-performing students from across India for an immersive learning experience focused on emerging technologies and innovation. Served as the primary instructor, training both students and educators in operating industry-grade tools, machines and systems. Designed and delivered hands-on sessions that introduced participants to digital production workflows, VFX pipelines, and cutting-edge technologies, enabling practical exposure and skill development in a high-impact educational environment.
Nelson Mandela Digital Museume - Ministry of External Affairs (South Africa, Joburg)

Contributed to the design and execution of the Nelson Mandela Digital Museum, a cultural diplomacy project undertaken by India's Ministry of External Affairs in Johannesburg, South Africa. The initiative was conceived as a tribute to Mandela's legacy and as a soft-power gesture strengthening the cultural ties between India and South Africa — two nations whose histories of independence and civil rights are deeply intertwined through Gandhi and Mandela themselves. Worked across both design and management functions to help translate Mandela's life, struggle, and message into an immersive digital format intended for international audiences, balancing reverence for the subject with the visual and technical demands of a modern museum experience deployed on foreign soil.
Mahatma Gandhi Digital Museume - Ministry of Culture (India, Hyderabad)

Designed and helped deliver the Mahatma Gandhi Digital Museum under India's Ministry of Culture, a project aimed at translating Gandhi's life, philosophy, and enduring relevance into a contemporary, interactive, technology-driven format. The museum was built to make one of the most documented figures in modern history feel immediate and accessible to a new generation — visitors who've grown up in a fully digital media environment and respond to story differently than those who came before them. Contributed across both creative design and project management, working through the tension every cultural project of this scale faces: how to honor a deeply established legacy without flattening it into nostalgia, and how to use modern digital tooling to amplify the message rather than dilute it.

Operating across 3D design and AI innovation (Process Imporvements) at Berkadia's Hyderabad office — a position that sits at the intersection of traditional creative production and emerging machine-learning workflows. Berkadia, a joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, is one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world, and the Hyderabad office serves as a major operational and innovation hub. The role spans hands-on 3D design work and the more exploratory job of identifying, prototyping, and introducing AI-driven tools and workflows into the company's existing creative and operational pipelines — bringing in new visualization techniques, automating repetitive production tasks, and generally pushing what's possible inside the organization's tech stack.

I engineered an "impossible" continuous FPV shot that starts from an extreme macro view of an eye and dynamically sweeps around the subjects. By combining precise 3ds Max camera animation with AI tools to bridge the dramatic scale transition, I successfully bypassed physical camera limitations. The result is a seamless, high-energy sequence that perfectly executed the director's vision.
